Racking up the past
30 December 2005 - 22:57
I was clearing and keeping away all the old books from my shelves today and now they look empty. Ready to be stocked up with something new for the New Year.
So, as I was throwing everything into the bin and this huge box, I found a slip with my writings on it. It was written like don't know when. Can't remember...
So, this is how it goes...
"... The world is a place filled with happiness and joy (believe to be so). Though the world is not perfect, people are induced by their God with this thing call "LOVE". Every religion I believe shares a common goal and that is to spread the love and words of God.
With love can we find peace. With peace. There will be no hatred, fights, and enemies. Only then can disagreement be settled verbally. Why choose to fight when things can be settled through words?
I believe that there is a room of "goodness" in everyone's heart. One can never find this "goodness" if one is not enlighten.
Why bare hatred when you know it kills? If you dare to hate, then dare to face it and resolve it.
The world can never be perfect if everyone chooses to escape from their fear and hatred by pretending that they do not exist. It is through these obstacles of settling problems that we know and get connected with one another better.
As a saying goes "to walk a thousand miles, you have to take the first step." It is the same when parties come to resolve their problems. Don't always expect people to come to you. Sometimes it is best to take initiative and be the approaching party. "
Lotz of fun ... Part 2
28 December 2005 - 23:41
Work up at 8 am in the morning to get ready to report to work. Yes, I have been given the title as Chief Waiter, in another words slave and had to go over to my working place which is at my manager's place.
This manger of mine is evil and makes his workers suffer, especially me. He's a bloody lazy bum who works only at the last minute. He starts panicking like crazy as the clock ticks away every second. He is no other than the "great manager" Emma.
The plan was that we start heating up the food at 12:30 pm for lunch so that when the guests arrive they can start dining. But "NO" said my manager. "The guest will not be here so early." So when everyone had arrived, he started to panic like crazy, trying to heat the food and at the same time had to entertain the guests.
You will know I have an inexperience manager when you see him cutting the turkey. He thinks that our guests are pigs and will swallow that big piece of turkey meat that he had sliced. OMW!
The people who came were people we knew or maybe not. Though we had two of the our guests missing because they were sick.
Had fun playing X box --> chatting --> eating --> awkward moment of silence --> playing X box --> chatting --> eating --> awkward moment of silence --> playing X box --> chatting --> eating --> awkward moment of silence --> ...
Anyway, the food catered to the guests were simply delicious and marvelously yummy. All the guest really had a great time today.
After that, 3 of our guests had to leave and my manager opened a wine to share with the rest of the guests. Well, again knowing how inexperienced my manager is, he had to ask one of the guest to take the cork off from the wine bottle for him. 3 people were required to open the bottle. Finally, after a long and hilarious moment, the cork was finally pulled off.
So as I was about to pull off the cork to serve the guests with more wine, I broke the cork, leaving a small portion of the cork left in the wine bottle. After a long struggle, we finally had the cork pulled off, leaving some of the wooden chips in the wine. Using the method of filtration which you will never want to know how we did it, we had the wine purified clean. This shows the importance of education. All in all, we had lots of wine today.
Played cards after that and my manager was shouting like crazy. He laughed for no apparent reason and responded to things so slowly.
Sigh, poor manager.
It was not until 7 pm when I was finally released from work to head back home to rest. I really enjoyed the every bits of the event that had happened today.
To those who went, CHEERS!
Lotz of fun
27 December 2005 - 23:28
I had lotz of fun today.
First Emma and I went to IKEA to get his hangers. We didn't know what bus to take and had no idea where should we stop if we took the train. But thanks to my perfect memory we finally made our way to IKEA.
Searching high and low in IKEA, we finally found Emma's white, black plastic and wooden brown sexy hangers. He also bought wine glasses which cost $13.80 for 12 of them. Knowing that everything will cost him so cheap, he bought extra and even more hangers. Crazy!
So after packing his wardrobe (you can never imagine how many clothes, pants, shirts and trousers he has. PLENTY!!!), he still had a total of 60 hangers left that were unused. He plans to keep them thinking that he'll buy more clothes to the point that his wardrobe starts collapsing.
So I told him that if one day he employs a maid, he'll leave for work in the morning while his maid will be ironing his clothes and when he comes back, he's maid will still be ironing his clothes. "Sir, busy ironing. Too many clothes sir."
And he'll need two more maids to wash and hang his clothes respectively. During Christmas, he'll have a enormous Christmas tree where his maids will start decortating it with his clothes. "Sir, we need more hangers."
After that, we met Marcus at Orchard to have our hair cut and shopping. We explored the whole of Orchard just to find jingle ballz (those coloured balls that you hang on Christmas tree), but it was to no avail.
I bought New Year clothing at topman. Spent $86.00 on a long sleeves shirt with red and black strips and a jeans.
After the long and tedious walk around Orchard, we decided to head back home to rest. I can't wait till tomorrow to come. Something BIG is going on at someone's house tomorrow.
IT'S CHRISTMAS TIME

CHRISTMAS BLOG
24 December 2005 - 23:30
Let me first wish everyone a Merry CHRISSSTMAS EVE and A REALLY HAPPPPPPPPY NEW YEAR!!! :) :)
BE HAPPY!!!
Today is Christmas eve. Went to Compass point with my family to buy some school stuff and had dinner in this Japanese Restaurant call WAHSABI.
The food there is simply delicious and really filling. Furthermore, the price is quite reasonable. Maybe one day we should go and try the food there together.
ANYWAY, MERRY CHRISTMAS AGAIN AND STAY HAPPY.
Bloggin again

After receiving so many support from my loyal blog readers, I've started blogging again. Thank you dear readers for your support...
16th - 18th December 2005
Have you ever wonder what degree of damage can a small spark of fire do if it is not put up quickly? Very high. Similarly, how a small misunderstanding can lead to a big argument as well.
From this, I have learnt something and that is that sometimes we have to be careful with our words and at the same time try to infer what the other person is trying to say or mean. It is because of this small argument that the world is in such a chaotic place right now.
Peace dudes!
19th - 21st December 2005
For these days, I'll tell you what some of my friends will be doing.
On 19th December, Monday, was the release of the N level results 2004. Marcus did awesomely good with the score of 3 points for the best three subjects. Well done!
Emma will be playing the World of Warcraft starting from Monday. So if you wish to disturb him and listen to his cannot be bothered about you kind of your response, this is your chance.
As for Roy, he'll not be certainly free throughout theses holidays because he's working in town. Let us wish him all the best and gong zhuo yu kuai.
Sean will be having school and busy doing his Christmas cards for some people. Let us hope that he'll finish them in time and lend him a hand by giving your spiritual support.
As for me, I'll be lazing at home doing nothing until school opens for JC.
Anyway, Christmas is coming so I'm wishing all of you Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
22nd December 2005
I was supposed to be going out with my friends on this day. But couldn't because my parents were working and I had to look after the house. Well. You can't blame me if I'm the only useful member in the house who has a useless elder brother.
So, to those who I promised to go out with, I'm deeply sorry for not turning up. Hope that you had fun especially telling ghost stories.
2 blogs in one
16 December 2005 - 20:28
15th December 2005
I had lots of fun today. Went to catch a movie at Lido with Emma, Sean and Malvin. The movie Aeon Flux was fantastic and it was simply cool. Out of 10, I'll give the movie 9 points for its everything. You just have to catch this awesome action movie. It is one that you do not want to miss.
Had lunch at this Jap restaurant in Far East. The food there was ok. I ate this noodle with fried prawns in it. Emma kept getting the food all mixed up. He took the fried bean jors as fried onions and didn't want to eat. What a waste.
After the movie, we went to TCC which is this cafe that sells great cakes and food and beverages. You have to try them. Had lots of gun today.
16th December 2005
Today was the release of the results of which JC I'll be going for the first three months. You want to know which JC I'm going to? It's SRJC... Could be wearing brown, but not for long. I hope.
A little better day...
13 December 2005 - 21:12
Due to my slight flu, I just had to stay at home for today.
By the way, guess who's back? Yup, Emmaotol is back from the States this morning. Let us put our hands together and welcome him to Singapore... Clap...Clap.
He has all your gifts which he has to give out to you really soon before he decides to keep it. Like how he kept a shirt for himself when it was suppose to be ____'s shirt. Evil! So, mark the date at my tag when you're going to be free so that we can all go down to claim our gifts. Be quick with your decision. Please don't po po ma ma.
Played thang with him for the whole afternoon. As usual, knowing how "bloody powerful his character is" he had to run around in circles to avoid the witches who seem to love attacking him for no apparent reasons. Emma's character can be nicely running past them without disturbing the witches and they will start hitting his character. Died a couple of times. Poor thing.
Anyway, do tag at his blog. Why am I doing this?
Bad Day
12 December 2005 - 21:46
Today has rather being a bad day...
I caught a flu last night and ain't feeling any better now. Because of this flu, I couldn't do what I had plan to do for today. Being sick really s****.
All I could do was to play thang and other online games to waste time. Plus watching TV.
Thang was no fun using Emmanuel's character. Remember my previous blog about his character? Yup, just read off from there.
Have you ever have a intolerance neighbour who stays around you? I do. I have to tolerate my neighbour's nonsense who is staying above me. It's like every night and early morning, you can hear them banging on their ground, as if they're doing some tribe dance.
If not, you'll be thinking that they are doing some carpenter's job or something to that effect. I mean don't they have to sleep or know that there's someone staying below them? Where have their bloody brains gone to? Do they even have one? You know it is like this kind of neighbours that make this world such a "peaceful" place to live in. To hell with them.
It is this kind of people that the society has to get rid off. They are wasting the oxygen in the air and occupying grounds where real humans live on. If they want to act barbaric, go to the forest or jungle or even the beautiful grassland of Africa where their species are. Look for them, don't stay here. What's the point of them living with us for they only bring trouble to our society.
We should get rid off these people once and for all and never will we see their bloody faces again. Don't you agree?
Blog's day
11 December 2005 - 23:30
Hi, everyone.
I've edited my blog again. Nothing really fascinating. Just having a nice white border on it and a few link buttons.
If you haven't notice yet, the circles which are at the right hand side are buttons which you can click on to view my blog. If you're unsure of what each button will link you to, place the cursor above it and you'll see what each button does.
Received a SMS from Emmanuel this morning at 3:20 am. Read the message at 11:15 am. Blogging his message now.
He said that it his 2nd last day in America and will be coming back really soon. He had bought all of your gifts, except mine because he claims that it's difficult to find as Americans do not usually use wallets. Is this true? Hmmm...
He also asked me whether his thang character has leveled up. Well, you see, I was suppose to level up his character when he's away. But, the mission was really hard. His character has terrible mood swings with her powers and dies very easily. Her accuracy S****. She keeps missing her powers.
Another reason for not leveling her up was because I have stop playing thang for a certain period of time. Kind of like lost interest to it. Maybe it's Emmanuel's character fault.
Anyways, when he comes back remember to tag at his blog or call him if you do not have a computer.
Updates
10 December 2005 - 00:47
Few days passed without blogging again. So, have to update you some stuff.
8th December 2005
Nothing really special happen that day. Just did some room cleaning and played games.
Hope that you have read Emmanuel's message from the states.
9th December 2005
Went to Thomson Road to have dinner with my family at the Long Beach Coffee Shop. The food there was average, nothing really special. Lost of appetite on that day. Didn't feel like eating much. Maybe this is the outcome of someone who has kept himself in his room for many days and has lost his connection with the outside world.
After dinner, we went to grandma's or nerd's paradise which is known as Thomas Plaza. The stuff they sell are so boring and outdated. Even the place feels like it.
What's more, the game shops were filled with nerds who just stared at the computers and smiling all the way. There was no excitement at all, no nothing. All I could hear was the clicking of the mouse which was heard at 10 seconds interval. I mean what kind of games require you to click at a 10 second interval? Sesame Street with Big bird flying around and teaching you to spell words?
That place was horrible. People, if you're going there avoid the shops that are facing the roads. Move into the shop where Fair Price is located. The shops there are much more interesting.
10th December 2005
Again, the day passes on just like that. Did some planning for the holidays. Plan, plan, plan. Hope that I could keep up with my plans.
Listen up, friendz of Emmanuel

Edit, edit and more editing
06 December 2005 - 18:30
As you can see, I have done some minor editing to my blog.
As you may have guess, yes, I did spend the whole afternoon today to experiment with my blog and added some features to it. It was really irritating at first when I tried to figure out how I could create boarders and align the boarders neatly. Then I had to copy this and paste that. Follow by squeezing my brain trying to figure out what each command meant. Why is there the word top and no bottom? Why is there center but the thing is not at the middle?
Well, at least all the hard work spent doing this blog did pay off. I guess.
Anyway, the song playing now is to you and I hope you enjoy listening to it.
If you have any feedbacks to my blog, write in.
Ta ta.
The blog that tells the past and present
04 December 2005 - 18:45
Have stop blogging since Friday. Busy I guess. So, I'll summarie everything that took place from Friday till today in this blog. Have fun reading.
2th December 2005, Friday
To me, the Friday's mornings are usually complicating and restless. Why? Because it's the "coming end" of the weekdays and the starting of the weekends. So, falling into this trap of time, I would usually do nothing... I think.
However, this Friday was different. I actually went out to catch a movie with my brother. The movie that I watched was Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Want some inside to this movie? I think not. Because I'm too lazy to summarie the movie.
Anyway, the movie is really exciting and yet scary in certain scenes. The combination of the graphics and sounds make the movie fantabulous to watch and hear, which gives you no reason why you shouldn't watch it.
3rd December 2005, Saturday
The happenings for this day occurred at night. I was actually invited to a roman catholic church to witness a performance by the church choir. You must wondering what a non catholic guy be doing in a church? To watch a performance, duh. Anyway, there wasn't any religious practice so my parents were fine with it.
You must have guessed whose church I went to that night. If not, you're an idiot. (This message is to friends from Emmanuel's school. No offence to other readers).
Along the way, I met friends like Malvin and Sean who came as well. I didn't really say much of anything to Malvin and I hope that he didn't really feel awkward that night. If I did make the atmosphere really awkward for you, sorry :). I'm a person who doesn't talk much too.
Anyway, back to that night. The performing group was called the RCC choir and I must say that they really put up an admiring and fabulous performance that night. Out of 10 points, I'll give them 8 points for their overall performances.
The songs that they have chosen to sing that day as well as in the CD album were really great. The songs were so good that they are still lingering in my ears now...
Speaking of their album, the album will be on sale and you can get them from Emmanuel Paul online (If you know him). It is a CD that you don't want to miss.
4th December 2005, Sunday
Emmanuel has left for the states today. His last message was "Leave a tag in my blog. I'll be reading. It's a free SMS to me." So, if you know what this message means, go do your job.
Today is another "stay at home" day. Couldn't stand the messy sight of my room. So, I started clearing up my room. Had to rearrange everything from the bookshelves and the cupboards. Wiping all the dust that had accumulated on my stuff all these years. And not forgetting to mention that I'm blogging.
That's all for today.... Happy Holidays!
